Terms for this early project.

These terms cover the Rellup website, waitlist, and project research. Rellup is still in development and is not a released software service.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 13 to join the waitlist. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission before submitting information or participating in research.

What the waitlist includes

The site describes a product concept and shows fictional examples. Joining early access does not create an account, guarantee admission to a beta, reserve a product, establish a school partnership, or promise a launch date, feature, or price.

Founding-member interest

The founding-member section only collects interest in a possible future offer. It is not a sale, preorder, deposit, reservation, or promise of a discount. No payment is being accepted through this site.

Your submissions

You are responsible for information you submit. Do not send confidential school records, passwords, payment information, or content you do not have permission to share. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to evaluate and improve the concept without owing compensation, while you keep ownership of your original work.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to overload the form.

Third-party services

The site uses services such as Vercel and Tally, and may use Resend and n8n for requested email updates and automation. Their separate terms apply when you interact with those services. Links to other sites are provided for convenience, not as a guarantee or endorsement.

Project materials

The Rellup name, visual identity, site design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the public site, but you may not present the project or its materials as your own.

Availability and responsibility

The website and research materials are provided “as is” and may change or stop at any time. To the extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a future product launch. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the project changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply. Rellup is an independent prelaunch project from ABØ Studios, which is not currently an incorporated company. Questions can be sent to hello@abodev.dev.
