Privacy, in plain language.
Rellup is a prelaunch student project. This policy explains what the early-access website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you join early access through our Tally form, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your email address, your responses, and your consent to receive updates. Tally may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and protect the form.
When you visit the site from a campaign link, we may pass limited attribution values—such as source, platform, campaign, post ID, or video format—to the form. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use submitted information to manage the waitlist, send the updates you requested, invite people to optional research or early testing, understand which outreach is useful, prevent abuse, and respond to questions. We do not sell personal information.
If you consent to Rellup updates, Resend may deliver messages from hello@abodev.dev. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We may still send a confirmation or service message when needed to respond to something you requested.
Services we use
The site is hosted by Vercel. The signup form is provided by Tally. Email may be delivered by Resend, and workflow automation may be handled by n8n. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and only for the services we use.
The 3D scene loads a library from jsDelivr. Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, when it requests that file.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and consent records while Rellup is being validated and for as long as needed to send requested updates, maintain an unsubscribe record, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw consent for updates. Email hello@abodev.dev. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Students and younger users
The waitlist is intended for people age 13 or older. If you are under the age required to consent on your own where you live, use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information can contact us for deletion.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security. We may update this policy as the project and its tools change. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
